Calendar Event requests can be submitted by filling out the form below and are subject to approval. Check availability by searching the calendar above.
Event Request Set Up Forms
After requesting your event below, you will need to fill out a Event Request Set Up Form for our maintenance department. Click here for form or they are available outside the maintenance closet by bathrooms. When form is complete, put in in the organizer under the day of the event.
