Middle School Faith Formation (MSFF)

Be who God meant you to be, and you will set the world on fire."

- St. Catherine of Siena

Leading middle schoolers into a more intimate relationship with Christ by helping ignite the flames of their faith

Our Middle School Faith Formation program, informally known as, Faith on Fire, aims at helping students strengthen their relationship with Christ by stepping out of the traditional "Sunday School" format. MSFF is a place where students can grow in themselves, while also growing with the Lord.

The MSFF program is a combination of grade 7 & 8 religious education (faith formation), middle school youth ministry, and Confirmation prep. Attending our Middle School Faith Formation program is a vital part of preparation for Confirmation, which begins in grade 7. While many of our students are preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, we encourage any and all 7th and 8th graders to join our program! Our doors are open for all of God's children (not just those preparing for Confirmation ;)).

MSFF meets the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month from 1:45-3:45 in the Parish Hall. Dates are subject to change/cancellation.

For more information about MSFF (grades 7 & 8) please contact our Director of Youth Ministry, Taylor Monahan at tmonahan@stjamesconway.org or at 843-347-5168, ext. 235.
